I am working as a Head of Section for Business Requests Management at Telekom Srbija.
My 19+ working experiences spans through different job positions in the IT planning and development areas.
Currently I am managing the projects for the implementation of Demand Management, IT portfolio management, IT project management, IT Financial management and Resource&Time management.
Having the role of IT BPM coordinator I am responsible for leading IT team of process analysts.
As a Head of Section for Business Requests Management I am in charge of the Project and Portfolio Management tools and BPMN tools for business process analysis.
On the previous job as a Head of Section for Business Process Management and Company Performance Support I earned extensive experience in Benchmarking Data Gathering. I was also leading Technical team (IT and Network) in the implementation of Telco services Cost Model.
My work experience includes analysis, design, development of in house business solutions for Sales, Network and Service Inventory.
