Janez has more than 20 years of business experience as a manager, coach, consultant and interim manager in the areas of strategic revitalizations of companies, managing strategic HR processes and leadership coaching from small one-man-band companies up to multinational corporations with more than 300,000 employees. He likes to say he is a potentiologist – a dynamic developer of multidimensional potentials in organizations and holistic leaders which co-create such organizations.
